Vermouth | Extra Dry White
Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery is classical, fresh, and bright, with a balanced sweetness. The sweet, pale 'Blanc' variety of vermouth was first created and made famous by Dolin in Chambery long before Italian producers replicated the style as 'Bianco.' Light, fresh and subtly sweet, Dolin Blanc tastes like spring rain falling on the field of wildflowers (yeah, it's that good). Highly aromatic and inviting, the nose showcases honey sweetness with notes of orange blossoms, freshly picked flowers, and stone fruits. On the palate, it is bright, sophisticated, and juicy with crisp, clean elements of fresh linen and wet stones. It is traditionally served with a sliced strawberry, a splash of soda and a twist. It's elegance, and slight vanilla edge marry beautifully in the 'new classic' Blond Negroni. In other cocktails, Dolin Blanc Vermouth pairs well with Blanco tequila or other flavorful clear spirits. It is ideal for infusions of melon or other fruit, and a delicious accompaniment to a wide variety of cheeses. It is spectacular in gin, agave, white rum, or pisco-based cocktails. It is nonpareil as an aperitif, on ice, with a twist of citrus, or in a dizzying array of fantastic cocktails. Pour in a pitcher over chopped fruit. Enjoy!
