We provide refund in scenarios where the wrong product has been delivered or has been damaged. In such cases, the store will pickup the product for a return. The returns are usually accepted by the stores within 5 days of purchase. The refunds are processed as soon as the product is returned and it takes normally 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your credit card account. The number of days also depends on the bank.
