Sonoma Distilling American Bourbon Whiskey is a mash bill of 70% Californian and Canadian Corn, 25% Californian and Canadian Wheat, and 5% Malted Barley from Wyoming. It has aged for a minimum of fifteen months with the majority of blends above two years. It is reminiscent of a more traditional style of whiskey. This uniquely robust and full-bodied whiskey results from the double distillation process in handmade copper pot stills.
Sonoma Bourbon Whiskey offers a flavor profile of toasted vanilla, almond, toffee brittle, and coffee. It has bottled at 46% alcohol by volume. This Bourbon pairs well with roasted chicken, duck fat potatoes, fennel, and green apple salad. Enjoy!
