Dessert & Fortified Wine | White Port
Pocas White Porto is a wine produced from white grapes, such as Malvasia Fina, Codega, Rabigato, and Viosinho. These grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 Kg trays. Controlled fermentation stopped by grape brandy addition. It has matured in wood for three years, followed by blending several White Port wines from different harvests, cold stabilization, and filtration.
This White Port Wine has a straw yellow color and offers very refreshing, citrus, and tropical flavors of pineapple and banana. It is well-balanced and refined, smooth with a long-lasting finish. It pairs well with an excellent aperitif or soft cheeses, dried fruits, almonds, and olives. It should be served chilled at 10° C / 50° F. Enjoy!
