Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Sublime Demi-Sec is an excellent classic Champagne Blend – structured, full-bodied, and bursting with fruit. It is a blend of the classic Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Brut, with a maturation period extended by a year and a generous dosage. A great demi-sec Champagne, a combination of a majority created of Pinots Noirs, over 100 crus, and Pinot Meuniers from the Grande and Petite Montagne de Reims.

This Demi-Sec has an antique, bronze gold color with delicate, nonchalant bubbles. On the nose, the fruit is ripe, juicy, and melts into pastry-like flavors, such as caramel, vanilla, and dark rum: roasted pineapple, vanilla pear, and flambeed banana. A lively attack on candied citrus fruits and roasted pineapple on the palate. A duality that balances itself between smoothness and juiciness with cinnamon and vanilla-roasted pear. The finish evokes mild spices such as vanilla and cinnamon to create a wine presenting a subtle balance of gourmet warmth and freshness.
