Opera Prima Pink Moscato

Opera Prima Pink Moscato Sparkling Wine is a blend of 97% Muscat and 3% Tempranillo. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at shallow temperatures to maintain a young wine's fresh, fruity character. It has vinified using the Charmat method, which means the second fermentation happens in a large stainless steel tank rather than in individual bottles. It is then bottled under pressure in a continuous process.

This elegant Opera Prima Pink Moscato presents an intense aroma of fresh berries and tropical fruits with white flower petals hints. Delicate bubbles caress the palate offering a silky and pleasant sweetness well balanced by a crisp, refreshing finish. It has bottled at 7% alcohol by volume. Ideal on its own as an aperitif or with all types of sweets and desserts. Serve it very cold, between 7-9° C. Enjoy!
