Old Fitzgerald 100 Proof 11 Year Old Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of barrels produced from February through May of 2006, and bottled in April 2018. Each bottle's tax strip will provide information on when the liquid was produced and bottled. Acquired in 1999 by Heaven Hill, this special release represents the time-honored traditions of the Old Fitzgerald lineage and the bottled-in-bond designation. Distilled at the Heaven Hill distillery, this Old Fitzgerald 11 Year Old Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% wheat, and 5% malted barley. The bottle design is inspired by the original diamond decanter this brand was bottled in the 1950s. Nuttiness followed by spiced aromas on the nose. The palate opens with light vanilla and slight caramel, followed by oaky tannins. The finish is short sweet and to the point with slight oak, chocolate, and baking spices.
