Novo Fogo Colibri Cachaca

Novo Fogo Colibri Cachaca is a Rum from Brazil. To mature the Colibri expression ("hummingbird" in Portuguese), they moved the cachaca back and forth over the years between re-purposed oak barrels and Amburana (Brazilian Teak) barrels. The predominant spices of vanilla, toffee, cinnamon from oak and chestnuts from teak come together in a balanced expression that also includes tropical fruit such as banana and passion-fruit, but finishes playfully with notes of snicker-doodle. It has bottled at 42% alcohol by volume. Enjoy!
