Champagne | Rose
Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Rose Champagne is spontaneous and radiant champagne that tempts into seduction. It is a glamorous expression of the Moet & Chandon style. A style that distinguishes itself by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals: A majority of Pinot Noir wines (40-50%, of which 10% red wine). Angular and vinous, these wines were chosen for both the intensity of the fruit and the structural integration of the dosage. Pinot Meunier wines (30-40%, of which 10% red wine). Round and fleshy, these wines were selected to add richness and middle notes of harmony and suppleness. Chardonnay wines with bright acidity (10-20%) for a refreshing finish 20% to 30% of specially selected reserve wines round out the assemblage by enhancing its intensity, richness, and consistency. It has a lively, intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral nuances of rose and a slight hint of pepper. On the palate, the wine shows a juicy, persistent intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) rounded out by the fleshiness and firmness of peach and the freshness of a subtle note of menthol. Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Rose is the first and only rose champagne especially created to be enjoyed on ice. A new champagne tasting experience that brings together pleasure, freshness, and the free spirit of summertime. It pairs well with fresh fruits and aged cheeses. Enjoy!
