Mistinguett Cava Brut

Vallformosa Mistinguett Cava Brut Sparkling Wine has bottled at 11.5% alcohol by volume. It has a light straw color with greenish hues that is very thin with constant bubbles. The nose offers an excellent aromatic intensity. It has fruity aromas reminiscent of pear and apple combined with toasted notes from fermentation. It has a great balance in the mouth with the decent integrity of carbon. The taste has creamy and well-structured input with aromas of fresh fruit and pastries. The finish is long and persistent. It is excellent to take it alone at any time, or pairs well with light meals. It is best to serve between 5° - 6° C. Enjoy!
