Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur

Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur is the modern Aperitivo from Italy. Grown, harvested, and made all in Italy. Italicus delivers fresh tones of ripe bergamot, balanced with a light bitter and floral spice. Bergamot is a citrus fruit and is often associated with Early Grey tea.

The striking bottle design embodies the history and heritage of Italy's distinctive regions while telling the story of Rosolios's honored traditional drinking occasion of Aperitivo. Italicus is a modern take on this forgotten category. A delicate combination of Roman chamomile from Lazio, lavender, gentian, yellow roses, and melissa balm from Northern Italy is then macerated together for several days before marriage with the bergamot and cedro essential oils to create the final liquid.
