Guinness Salt & Lime Ale

First introduced in our taproom in September of 2019, Guinness Salt & Lime Ale has consistently been one of our most popular beers. We brewed our Salt & Lime Ale inspired by the tradition of adding lime wedge and salted rims to beer glasses. We chose to add key lime puree to add a bit of tartness and a big lime flavor. The refreshing saltiness comes from the addition of Chesapeake Bay sea salt that we sourced from a small business in Virginia, Barrier Island Salt Company.

Serving Suggestion : Best enjoyed cold from a glass or the can. Perfect for spring and summer with a lovely lime aroma and flavor, hint of tartness and a refreshing bit of salt at the end.
