G.H. Mumm Carte Classique Extra Dry Champagne was a favorite of Europe's courts from its birth in 1879 and is still the champagne of connoisseurs of extra-dry in the 21st century. For more than 120 years, Mumm Carte Classique has been the epitome of balance: a perfect balance between suppleness and acidulous freshness, between lightness and fruitiness, strength and roundness.

This Carte Classique Champagne expresses all the subtleties of the Mumm vineyards. In the past, champagnes had high sugar content of up to 300 g per bottle, depending on the country they were destined. Today, with much lower doses than in the 19th century, Carte Classique is one of the champagnes closest to how champagnes tasted initially. It has bottled at 12% alcohol by volume.
