Don Q Gran Anejo Rum

Don Q Gran Anejo Rum is a super premium rum that is first aged in American white oak barrels, and then carefully aged in Spanish sherry casks using the Solera Aging System. In the subtle aroma, you can identify hints of vanilla and dark caramel, originating from the prolonged contact of the rum with the barrel. Aging mellows a spirit. It also brings out new flavors and aromas. Our Don Q Gran Anejo Rum contains rums aged between 9 and 12 years, and Solera rums aged up to 50 years, creating a balance between sweet and dry that you won't get in other spirits. Don Q Gran Anejo has a deep, complex nose of molasses, cigar tobacco and dark caramel. It is delightfully smooth and lush with pronounced notes of vanilla, cinnamon and honey. Drink it on the rocks, drink it neat. If you must, add a splash of ginger. Sipping rum to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Pair it with steaks, lamb, prime rib, or any grilled meats.
