Don Papa Rum

Don Papa Rum is derived from the volcanic soils of Mount Kanlaon. Refined cane grows deep within the beautiful regions of Sugarlandia. This superb cane variety produces rich Black Gold molasses. Once distilled, the flagship rum is aged in ex bourbon American oak barrels.

These Don Papa small batch rums are aged in barrels in a unique climate that breathes flavor into the rum. The master blender then blends it with Mount Kanlaon spring water to 40% alcohol by volume (ABV). Sip it straight to taste bold notes of honey, vanilla, and candied fruits, balanced by a subtle hint of citrus. This medium bodied rum goes down smoothly and quickly.
