Cheurlin Brut Speciale Champagne is the flagship of their collection and justifiably renowned champagne. This unique blend is crafted with only the best grape varieties (70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay) and has ascended to its own category. Finely balanced, without Pinot Meunier, extended aging and a remarkably low dosage ultimately produced a noble brut.

Cheurlin Brut Speciale has a sunglow color with amber highlights, animated with beads of fine bubbles. It offers aromas of green apple and light mineral. It is delicate and appealing with an intense flavor of lemon peel. The palate is medium-bodied, well-balanced with a fresh aftertaste.

This Brut Champagne has bottled at 12% alcohol by volume. It is an excellent aperitif and goes well with appetizers and opening courses in a meal. It is also perfect with Fish/Shellfish/Sushi, Buttered Cream Sauces, Chicken, Egg Dishes, Vegetables, or Fruit-based desserts: tarts and crepes. Enjoy!
