Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur

Chartreuse Yellow is a sweet and spicy liqueur, and it gets its lovely color from 130 different plants, like flowers, bark, and spices. Chartreuse Yellow is milder than the Chartreuse Green. Making it is quite a process. The monks grind, distill, and soak the plants to bring out natural colors and flavors. Then, it sits in oak barrels before being bottled, where it keeps getting tastier. Aroma: Liquorice root, hints of green herbs, a little black pepper, and grape skins.
