Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, and 30% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine sourced from quality vineyards across the Champagne region. The wine is carefully created through stainless steel vinification and malolactic fermentation and aged on lees for 36 months to develop its character.
