Bermudez Aniversario Rum

Bermudez 1852 Aniversario Rum has been produced since the mid-1800s and is only bottled once per year, making it a minimal supply. It has made from a selection the best rums in the Dominican Republic that are carefully distilled by hand using small copper stills. The rum is then aged for 12 years in American white oak barrels for a mature flavor depth.

This Ron Bermudez 1852 Aniversario has a golden amber color with pink highlights. It has a complex and layered aroma, with sweet scents of figs and apricot alongside warming spices such as cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, and vanilla. The taste is velvety smooth and thick-bodied on the palate with a luxurious flavor of molasses, vanilla, banana bread, cocoa, and a touch of toasted oak. The finish is long and sweet with an aftertaste of caramel and spice. It has bottled at 40% alcohol by volume. Enjoy!
