¼ oz Islay Scotch (for Float)

Candied Ginger or Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Combine
Add blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake
Shake well until chilled.

Strain
Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Float & Serve
Float Islay Scotch on top and garnish.
