In the early 1990s, Pisa Liqueur's inventor took a romantic vacation with his wife in the Tuscan countryside. While enjoying the fantastic views, scenery, and each other, they opted to capture that moment forever. Instead of capturing memories with a camera, the creator, who had experience as a distiller, came up with the idea of creating this fine liqueur and dedicating it to the area and city where they had their vacation.
