Tua Rita Perlato del Bosco 2011

Tua Rita Perlato del Bosco Rosso 2011 has made entirely with Sangiovese from estate vineyards in Suvereto. The grapes are harvested and vinified in stainless steel before being aged 12 months in a combination of French oak barrels.

The 2011 vintage saw Perlato del Bosco Rosso make a glorious return to its Sangiovese-only origins, one of the very few pure Sangiovese wines on the Tuscan coast. It offers pure, black fruit bursts from the glass with subtle highlights of earth, leather, and smoke. The palate mirrors the intense, dark berries and adds heady aromas of fragrant herbs, flaunting its depth and complexity. It is an incredibly focused wine with fine tannins and exceptional acidity, providing excellent balance and finesse.

Tua Rita Perlato Red Wine has bottled at 14% alcohol by volume. It pairs well with grilled filets, Mornay sauces, roasted Cornish game hens, and duck confit risotto. Enjoy!
