Tommasi Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico Superiore Red Wine Blend 2007 is a combination of 50% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella, 15% Corvinone, and 5% Oseleta grapes. It has a deep red color with purple reflections. The bouquet is reminiscent of juicy cherries, dried fruit, sultanas, cooked prunes, and wild herbs and white pepper, mocha, and licorice.

This Tommasi Amarone is warm, ripe on the nose with intense and outstanding refinement. It is complex, smooth, and full-bodied wine with lots of cherry notes and plum. It is full, complex, and velvety on the palate, delicate and round, with soft tannins and long persistence.

Amarone Tommasi Red Blend has bottled at 15% alcohol by volume and pairs well with aged cheeses, game, or main dishes featuring red meat. It is an excellent accompaniment to hare with herbs. It is perfect for dinner with friends and best to serve at 18-20° C. Enjoy!
