Sparkling Wine | Brut
Rotari Brut Trentodoc is an excellent-value Italian Sparkling Wine made in the traditional Metodo Classico style from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes and aged on lees 24 months. In the Dolomites, this noble vine has found its ideal climatic conditions for developing its unique freshness, fragrance, and intense aromatic notes.
The vineyards are located on beautiful hills along the Adige Valley at an altitude ranging from 350 to 600 meters above the sea. The substantial temperature changes nurture the synthesis and accumulation of aroma and the conservation of refreshing acidity.
Rotari Brut has a straw green color with elegant yellow notes. The bouquet is rich with a mix of fruits (pineapple, green apple, and yellow apple) and white flowers, enriched with pleasant and delicate yeasty notes. The texture is full, dense, with a pleasant acidity on the finish. Perlage is persistent, fine, and elegant.
This Rotari Brut Wine has bottled at 12.5% alcohol by volume. It is excellent as an aperitif, ideal throughout the meal, or to sip in celebration. It is best to serve at 42-44° F. Store horizontally in a cool area and avoid prolonged exposure to light. Enjoy!
