Montes Limited Selection Pinot Noir

Montes Limited Selection Pinot Noir Red Wine has selected from the vineyards in the Casablanca, Leyda, and Zapallar Valleys, all of which can be found in the Aconcagua Valley. It has aged for 6-7 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel.It has a vibrant ruby red color. The nose is very fruity with aromas of raspberries, strawberries, and cherries along with a floral touch and some well-integrated oak. The light-bodied palate is delicate and fresh with soft and silky tannins and excellent acidity. The red fruit reappears along with a bit of anise, and the finish is aromatic and bright with the right balance and pronounced varietal characteristics.This Pinot Noir pairs well with fettuccini alfredo, smooth and creamy soups (mushroom, chicken), veal chops, salmon, camembert cheese, and mushroom risotto. It is best to serve at 14º - 15º C. Enjoy!
