Red Wine | Pinot Noir
Mommessin Bourgogne Pinot Noir La Cle Saint Pierre Red Wine 2016 has issued from the assembly of three complementary soil types Ige for robustness, Charnay for finesse and suppleness, and Cote de Beaune for grace, elegance, and power.
Mommessin Pinot Noir has a ruby red color. The nose has a little red fruit aroma (morello and cherry) with a typical grape variety. The palate is perfectly well-balanced and structured with a long finish in the mouth, on morello flavors.
This Pinot Noir Wine can be drunk now but can also be aged 3 to 5 years. It should be an elegant companion to the game, poultry, red or white meats, and soft cheeses. It has bottled at 12.5% alcohol by volume and best to serve between 15-16° C. Enjoy!
