Magnolia Grove Chardonnay

Magnolia Grove California Chardonnay White Wine offers lush tropical flavors of ripe stone fruit and pineapple. These flavors are lightened by aromas of sweet oak and vanilla that give this chardonnay style. The grapes are sourced primarily from vineyards in the Central Coast and the Northern Interior of California. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with a portion in French and American oak, most of the fruit goes through malolactic fermentation, lending richness, and creamy mouthfeel.

Innovative techniques for wood aging are used; toasting the oak at lower temperatures for a longer time. This "lower and slower" process brings out more sweetness and vanilla in the wine than traditional methods. This Magnolia Grove Chardonnay has bottled at 13.5% alcohol by volume and pairs well with pork, fish, vegetarian, and poultry. Enjoy!
