Red Wine | Pinot Noir
Louis Latour Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir 2015 has aged 10 to 12 months in stainless steel vats. Domaine de Valmoissine has located on the ancient monastery and university of Valmoissine at 500 meters above sea level. It guarantees sunshine during the summer months while remaining cool at night and limits spring frosts' possibility. The vineyard's southern exposure gives the raisins perfect maturity at the same time as the Grands Crus of Corton. The yield is small to ensure perfect maturity and concentration of the grapes, creating the best-quality wines. This results in an elegant wine with remarkable finesse.
Of a ruby color, this Pinot Noir Domaine de Valmoissine 2015 is complex on the nose with aromas of undergrowth and raspberry. Ample in the mouth, notes of cassis, licorice, and mocha are released. It has smooth tannins and lovely freshness on the finish. It has bottled at 13% alcohol by volume. It pairs well with grilled red meat, cheese, and red fruits. Enjoy!
