They start with their uniquely balanced combination of wheat, corn, malted barley, and rye in their mash bill to give Kansas it's uncommonly delicious and nuanced flavors. Exceptionally smooth, unique 5x column still distillation process removes the bitter, harsh, and hot alcohols common to many whiskeys. They marry this distillate with just the right amount of select aged bourbon.
