Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition Irish Whiskey is a collaboration between the distillery and nearby brewery Franciscan Well. Jameson's unique offering with rich stout characteristics of coffee, cocoa, and a hint of hops. The nose has an initial aroma of freshly cut hay complemented by a crisp orchard fruit character - green apples and pears, with a lime zest twist. Mild pot still spices appear, deepening from green tea to hazelnut and milk chocolate. The initial sweet mouth coating typical of the Irish pot still inclusion is quickly complemented by the subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans from the beer cask finish. Caskmates has been aged in Jameson barrels that were used to finish Franciscan Well stout. The finish is long and sweet with milk chocolate and butterscotch.

Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition Irish Whiskey is a collaboration between the distillery and nearby brewery Franciscan Well. It is a whiskey finished in IPA beer barrels floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. The lingering fresh fruit and hops give way to grains of barley and a signature smooth finish. They matured Jameson Irish whiskey in Irish Pale Ale-seasoned barrels, and the result is something people at our Midelton Distillery are calling the next great IPA.
