Hahn Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Hahn California Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine 2015 is grown in outstanding vineyards planted throughout California, primarily the warmer climates in Lodi and Paso Robles. After harvesting the fruit, the winemakers barrel-ferment it in French oak to enhance the wine's mouthfeel and contribute a subtle, spicy aroma. They then age this Cabernet in French oak (60% new).

This Cabernet offers inviting blackberry and cassis aromatics that complement vanilla notes, toasted oak, and a touch of leather. It has rich and robust, chewy tannins frame flavors of blackberry and blueberry leading to a smooth, opulent finish. It pairs well with blue cheese turkey burgers, slow cooker beef stew, and filet mignon with rich balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
