American Whiskey | Bourbon Whiskey
Grand Traverse Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been aged three years and three months in a climate-controlled rick house with Michigan Great Lakes water and is non-chill filtered. Coming in with a mash bill of 60% corn, 30% rye, and 10% malted barley all locally sourced, it has loud characteristics of the Grand Traverse County terroir and a subtly spicy signature of rye.
The finished bourbon has notes of vanilla, spearmint, and pipe tobacco, all of which mix with the warm spiciness of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. This Grand Traverse Straight Bourbon has bottled at 92 proof (46% alcohol by volume). Enjoy!
