Red Wine | Malbec
Luigi Bosca Finca La Linda Malbec 2015 is a red wine from Mendoza produced with Malbec grapes. The red grape Malbec has its origins in Bordeaux. Still, today most readily associated with Argentina where estates like Luigi Bosca have turned it from a hitherto lesser-known variety into one of the best-loved amongst wine-connoisseurs around the world. The grapes used to make this wine are harvested from low-yielding vines, high in the Andes' foothills.
This Malbec has aged for twelve months in oak casks before being released onto the market. The color is an inviting, vibrant ruby red, and the aromas are of red autumn fruits with hints of sweet spice and chocolate. The palate doesn't disappoint and is very much as generous as the aromas suggested. The tannins are ripe and perfectly integrated.
La Linda Malbec pairs well with beef, lamb, or poultry. It has bottled at 13.6% alcohol by volume and best to serve at 15-18º C. Enjoy!
