Kentucky Whiskey | Bourbon Whiskey
Evan Williams Green Label Bourbon Whiskey is reddish copper in color with notes of caramel, with hints of vanilla, oak, and barley. The heavy caramel and vanilla are moving towards a toasty cereal: Oak charcoal notes and a bit of syrupy sweetness. Evan Williams, the second largest selling brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the U.S., is named for Kentucky's first distiller of 1783. As the flagship brand of Heaven Hill's Bourbon portfolio, Evan Williams' extra aging gives it a richer, smoother Bourbon taste than the competition. Evan Williams Green Label is distilled and bottled at 80 proof, which makes it a very strong whiskey selection. The Green label is aged for a bare minimum of at least 4yrs before it is bottled and put on the market for resale. This allows all of the flavors and tastes to seep into the whiskey mixture in order to bring out the true flavor and depth of each ingredient. Evan Williams Green Label Bourbon Whiskey is more on the sweet side when compared to other whiskey options, which makes it great for mixing and making cocktails and other drinks that use whiskey as the main alcoholic addition. Enjoy!
