Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal Tequila is the original Village Series. Handcrafted in San Balthazar Chichicapa, Oaxaca, located in a broad valley with a semitropical microclimate. Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadin and are produced the original, 400-year-old handcrafted way. Del Maguey Chichicapa has a medium nose and a complex taste with lots of citrus and a long, smooth finish with overtones of mint. This low-valley mezcal shows elements of roast agave, green agave, lime rind, gentle smoke, and rainwater. It is unbelievably soft on the palate, yet registers 92 proof. Know your limit!
