Belvedere Vodka Unfiltered Rare Diamond Rye is distilled exclusively from the finest, rare Dankowskie Diamond Rye. It has distilled four times and then left unfiltered to preserve the unique flavor of the grain. It offers a natural creaminess so that after quadruple distillation, there is no need to filter it multiple times like most vodkas.

Unlike the original, however, this Unfiltered Vodka is neither filtered nor polished. As a result, more of the rye-based spirit's flavor and characteristics are preserved while maintaining the easy drinkability and clean, crisp, signature finish of the Belvedere super-premium line.

The nose offers intense aromas of sea air, baked bread, and toasted nuts. The palate is full but mellow with initial impressions of salted caramel, freshly baked bread, and honey. Mid-palate evolves into fresh minerality with some stone and flint characteristics. The back palate is refreshed with delicate notes of sea salt and a hint of white pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy, well rounded, and luscious. The finish is long and salty/sweet with notes of baked bread, vanilla, and cream.
