Non Alcoholic Wine | White Wine
Ariel Chardonnay Non-Alcoholic White Wine 2016 has made in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. Composed of Chardonnays from the 2016 vintage, with an emphasis on tropical fruit character, this Chardonnay is fermented cold in stainless steel cooperage and small French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, it has blended before undergoing more oak barrel aging. Just before bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
Ariel Chardonnay, with its tropical fruit character and subtle oak from barrel aging, has a distinctive blend of buttery apple and butterscotch flavors, combined with a toasty French oak bouquet. It is a dealcoholized wine that will continue to develop complexity as it ages. It pairs well with spaghetti carbonara, mango mahi-mahi, sauteed scallops, or crispy duck. Enjoy now, or can be held up to two years!
